Zebra Print,Pinkness & Sparkles

Heya chicas, today I have tried to do something a little more challenging. For the past few months Ive played safe with my makeup and always done looks Im confident with and that I have a little practice in! Well today I thought I would add that little bit more to it! I had a brainstorm and put together something completely different with a little bit of color and sparkle added to it!

*DRUMROLL* I present my zebra print,pinkness and sparkles :D Aha this is what Ive called this look. Its the latest addition to my makeup portfolio {as part of my application to university}

For the eyes I used a white eyeshadow from FACEFIX, I then went on to completing the stripes with a black liquid eyeliner by Collection 2000. After I done the zebra stripes I thought hmm black and whites boring maybe a splash of color so I added a little pink line near the tear duct and a longer line at the corner of the eye! The eyelashes are Eyelure Girls Aloud-Nadine. Hmm *fun* For the lips I used a pink eyeliner and lipgloss by Barry M. I then went onto adding little gems with eyelash glue onto the lips giving it that little umph and adding abit of sparkle and glamour! And I had my newest look!

I absolutely love it and Im very pleased with myself.This is my second attempt at zebra print and this is definately an improvement to the first {check my blog}

Heres the completed look.

Barbie Inspired Makeup

Heya chicas, this is another look I put together from a MAC picture which I always see about on the internet. I have always loved this look and put together a look yesterday inspired by this picture. The colors are very summery and girly and compliment eachother very well.

The colors I used are from my Arabic eyeshadow palette. The green is a very light spring green that is shimmery and fresh and the pink which has been used is a very pigmented and girly barbie pink. For the lips I used BARRY M bubblegum lipgloss and BARRY M pink eye/lipliner. The eyelashes used are the EYELURE GIRLS ALOUD LASHES-NADINE. This look is a very affordable look and a very easy look to achieve. It would be perfect for a fancy dress party/night out.

Here is the completed look.

Mac Face & Body Foundation

Heya Chicas.Cheryl Cole!Who doesn’t love her.Now I know many girls/women were trying to search which brand of makeup Cheryl Cole uses. And I mean can you blame them she ALWAYS looks flawless.

I done my research online and found a video plus some information where she confirmed she wore MAC Face & Body foundation. I then went on to purchasing a bottle which came 2 days later {fast delivery}

Now before I continue to give my review on this product for anybody who is thinking to try this product please please please IN THE NICEST way possible, if you have any blemishes, suffer with acne/spots then dont waste your money on this foundation.

rsz_1p1030042_(2)

Mac Face & Body foundation is  a water based foundation, providing a full yet sheer & natural covering on the face! As you know Cheryl has smooth skin which is blemish free which is one of the reasons her skin looks so flawless when she applies this foundation.

Like the rest of these foundations the bottle is a good size which will last months as you dont need to use alot because of the quality of the foundation. It makes my skin feel so smooth and look so flawless and gives me a the ‘natural’ look. It doesn't look like I have any foundation on my skin just looks perfect. This foundation definitely needs to be set with a loose powder as it is water based! And if you dont use a loose powder your face will look shiny!

Overall I would definately recommend this product to anybody who has good skin and wants a natural coverage. For anybody who wants to order this online and is ensure of which color to get I am a shade C4 (NC35) for reference. This bottle retails at £23 per bottle but the size is excellent and is definitely worth the price!

I will definitely continue to buy and use this! I LOVE it.

Anybody else love this foundation? Does anybody hate it? What MAC shade are you?

Heya Chicas

I thought I would update my blog with some new makeup looks as I haven’t done one in quite a while. I’ve been super busy doing..NOTHING!

Well tbh I’ve been feeling very stressed lately life has taken it’s toll but Im trying to look on the bright side and stay positive.

The first look I’m going to show you is a makeup inspired by RIHANNA.

I see this look posted on KANDEE JOHNSON facebook page but I think it’s a look she hasn’t completed. It was requested by a fan of hers and I was immediately drawn to the bright colors so I thought I’d give it shot.

Remember all looks are done using AFFORDABLE makeup.

Heya Chicas,
Ive done yet ANOTHER leopard print look but using different colors obvi
This is going towards my portfolio and is a look most of my friends and family always request!
So I do it again and again with different colors.
As I mentioned in my previous post I received a gift from my other half's little sister.
48 Arabic eyeshadows. They are very pigmented and have lovely bold and vibrant colors.
This one is created using what I like to call 'Marine Blue'
I used a light cream/gold shimmer eyeshadow for the base.
The outlining is done in Liquid eyeliner by COLLECTION 2000.
I created the lip color using the same eyeshadow and little vaseline.
What do you think of this color? Would you like to see any other colors? Have you tried this yet?

And chicas dont forget to hit me up with an requests that you have! Leave all feedback and comments below. I want to hear every iddy biddy tiny thing you bloggers have to say!

Heya chicas,
Time for a nunu blog I think :]
I would like to introduce you to one of my newest looks which I named
*DRUMROLL PLEASE*
Sunset Eyes
^_^
I recently received a gift from my other half's little sister {so sweet of her}
48 Arabic Eyeshadows! The pigment in them is so strong and amazing.
All for £5 BARGAIN!

I created this look using a PINK,PURPLE,WHITE AND CREAM/GOLD.

-I used a very light white on the upper eyesocket/browbone area.

-I then used a coral pink towards the front of the eyelid blending it with the white on the browbone.

-Next I used a purple blending it with the pink working my way outwards and blending with the white into the browbone.

-Last but not least I used a little cream/gold in the corners of the eyes and finished off with a thin application of mascara.

I was inspired by a fairy princess halloween look I saw on youtube and decided to re-create the eyes myself.
  Muah enjoy!

Heya Chicas,
Tonight I decided to create yet ANOTHER leopard print eye look as I got great feedback from my last one.
I decided to keep with a bold color and this time went for an aqua liquid eyeliner by FACEFIX which I used to create the aqua spots. A black liquid eyeliner by COLLECTION 2000.For the base I used a shimmery light grey by FACEFIX.For the lips I used a black eyeliner by RIMMEL and an aqua liquid eyeliner by FACEFIX.

This look is going to be added to my portfolio to present at LONDON COLLEGE OF FASHION UNIVERSITY next September. Its a really affordable look to create because Ive used affordable make-up. I will start using more pigmented make-up such as MAC,NARS,COASTAL SCENTS etc after x-mas but for now I want to show the nation that these looks CAN be created with affordable make-up as I know not everybody can afford such expensive brands.
All feedback is very much appreciated. Any requests of posts you would like to see are also welcomed.

Heya Chicas!
WOW am I excited. I've literally just this moment created a look for the FIRST time which I am so proud of. Im working on building my portfolio for Uni next year for my fashion make-up degree. So I decided to experiment on my little sister. Ive created a PINK LEOPARD EYE & MATTE PINK LIP LOOK. Obviously this has been done before but bare in mind im 18, NOT a professional, I havent had NO lessons, and I use affordable make-up to create my looks so you chicas can try it at home!

Believe it or not I created this look using shimmery pink eyeshadow dust by FACEFIX, pink eyeliner by BARRY M,a lip brush and mascara (I run out of liquid eyeliner so I used the lip brush and mascara clever ayy ;])

For the lips I used pink lipliner by BARRY M and volume boost sugar pink lipstick by COLLECTION 2000.

Im really happy with what Ive managed to do and my little sister LOVES it.
Please leave your feedback! Im open to all opinions!

I think it's about time I posted a new blog showing you one of my make-up ideas. My latest one is called 'Midnight Mist' which I created on my boyfriend's 12 year old sister.

This picture displays a blue matte pigment, a light grey shimmery pigment & a white shimmery pigment blended together to re-create the look of a midnight mist.I also used a glittery silver eyeliner along the lash line. I chose these three color's because I felt they complimented eachother well. The pigments I have used are by FACEFIX.

The products I used are in-expensive to buy. For more info message me and if you have any requests you'd like to see let me know! Don't forget to share your comments and opinions.

I decided to post my first make-up picture which I have just done on my baby sister who is 10 years old.
Ive called this picture 'PURPLE HAZE' because it is a purple pigment and a silvery/white pigment blended together almost like a purple mist. I love love love the way these colors have worked together and feel they really compliment eachother well. The pictures have been posted so all you dolls can see a iddy biddy peak of my work before I start making tutorials and videos! Comment and let me know what you think!

Okay so we all LOVE to exfoliate our skin. It's a must, we have to get rid of those dead skin cells! Whether its before tanning or just in general we need that super soft silky skin. But what exfoliator to use?! Thats the question alot of dolls get stuck on.

There are so many different brands nowadays it's hard to pick which one to use. Sometimes your out of money and then your stuck with loads of dead skin cells. But dont worry I have the perfect exfoliator which you  will swear by once you try. Alot of people wrinkle there noses when I tell them I use OLIVE OIL,LEMON & SUGAR scrub but they LOVE my super soft skin.

I came across this in my kitchen. YES my kitchen I was just about to apply fake tan and I always exfoliate prior to use but I had NO exfoliator left and this was at night so I couldnt go to the shops. I bustled around my kitchen and found this perfect combination. I added the lemon to the mixture to add a citrus smell to it (and lemon is also good for getting rid of skin impurities). I always apply when Im in the bath or shower and really work it in and then wash it off.

The olive oil is really good for mosturizing dry skin and adding shine. The sugar granules scrub and remove dead skin cells and the lemon helps to get rid of impurities in skin.

So how to make it:

1) Five tablespoons of olive oil into a small tub or bowl
2)Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and mix well
3)Add a teaspoon of lemon and mix again
4)Place a small amount in your hands and work over the area scrubbing in well
5)Rinse off with warm water and presto you have super soft exfoliated skin
This is just to make a small quantity of it. If you want to fill a tub like I did below then just use your own inititive to fill it with the olive oil and sugar. But REMEMBER always more olive oil than sugar and this time 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.

This scrub can be used all over the body and is an organic way to scrub yourself down for a small price! And your skin is going to feel SUPER soft. Leave comments and tell me if you've tried it or if your going to try it and what you think of it. Muahz ellzMelendezLDN

If you put in a tub like this you can make larger quantities and keep it preserved so that you dont have to keep making it over and over again! Use an old tub and ensure it has a lid. You can keep in a normal place like a shelf or cupboard just dont keep in a fridge as it will go hard and crystallize.

Soak in a hot bubbly bath to really open them pores!

Using a teaspoon, spoon some of the exfoliator into your hands.

Work the exfoliator into your legs scrubbing well and then rinse off
