Zebra Print,Pinkness & Sparkles

Heya chicas,today I have tried to do something a little more challenging. For the past few months Ive played safe with my makeup and always done looks Im confident with and that I have a little practice in! Well today I thought I would add that little bit more to it! I had a brainstorm and put together something completely different with a little bit of color and sparkle added to it!

*DRUMROLL* I present my zebra print,pinkness and sparkles :D Aha this is what Ive called this look. Its the latest addition to my makeup portfolio {as part of my application to university}

For the eyes I used a white eyeshadow from FACEFIX, I then went on to completing the stripes with a black liquid eyeliner by Collection 2000. After I done the zebra stripes I thought hmm black and whites boring maybe a splash of color so I added a little pink line near the tear duct and a longer line at the corner of the eye! The eyelashes are Eyelure Girls Aloud-Nadine. Hmm *fun* For the lips I used a pink eyeliner and lipgloss by Barry M. I then went onto adding little gems with eyelash glue onto the lips giving it that little umph and adding abit of sparkle and glamour! And I had my newest look!

I absolutely love it and Im very pleased with myself.This is my second attempt at zebra print and this is definately an improvement to the first {check my blog}

Heres the completed look.

Leopard Print Lips

Heya chicas,so I was browsing youtube looking for something to add to my portfolio. Something a little funky and different. And I came across a video tutorial for pink leopard print lips. I straight away knew I HAD to try this look on myself. I love,love,love leopard print and think it makes such a great makeup design!

The leopard print lip design was very easy to achieve and was all done using affordable makeup! I completed in literally 5 minutes. I used a pink lipliner by Barry M to get the solid pink color and mixed it with a little Barry M lipgloss {not too much because your lips become to slippery and the eyeliner wont go on!} I then used my own initiative for the spots! The spots dont need to be perfect,remember every leopard has different spots. I done the spots using a black liquid eyeliner by Collection 2000. And hey presto I had me some pink leopard print lips!

I absolutely love this look and I am pleased to be able to add it to my work!

Remember Im NOT a professional,Im 19 and wont be starting my uni course until next year!

Here is the completed look.

So Hard

Music Video Inspired Makeup

As I mentioned in my previous post I have done a couple of RIHANNA inspired make-up looks. This one was inspired by one of the makeup looks from her music video

‘SO HARD’

which you can view below.

My boyfriend actually told me to do this make-up so I thought I’d give it a shot. Its a very bold statement. She fashions strong,bold eye makeup and nude lips.

Again this look is AFFORDABLE.

Heya Chicas
I have yet another make-up look to show to you!
Remember all of my make-up is for my portfolio which I plan on presenting for my University application!

This look is inspired again by an animal
THE ZEBRA!
As you know I have done a leopard print inspired eye makeup look in a few different colors
This is the zebra print and black & pink funky retro eye makeup TOGETHER!
I see this look on google and re-created it using my little sister as a model {she loves me doing makeup on her!}
This look is very easy to create! I used a white pigment from FACEFIX, a white highlighter from FACEFIX and a black liquid eyeliner from COLLECTION 2000. For the lips I used a black pigment by FACEFIX.
This look took around 15 mins to complete and needs a steady hand!

Chicas!
Eeeeeeeeek
Im super excited
Last night I thought Id go a little more EXTREME!
Whilst browsing through youtube I came across a look called
'Anime Eyes'
For those of you who DONT know what an anime is the Japenese shortened word for animation.
So you guessed it! Animes are japenese cartoons. If you still dont know type anime in Google and a picture will come up! There just cartoon character with these big eyes. Cool right :]
I thought I'd give it a shot as me and my baby sister were bored and I thought hmm I really need to liven up my blog!
This look was created purely using a black RIMMEL eyeliner, a white FACEFIX highlighter powder & a marine blue ARABIC eyeshadow.
Creating anime eyes is all down to the imagination.
I added a pink ribbon to my sisters hair and some light pink lipstick from COLLECTION 2000.
I had her smile and show her dimples and VOILA I have me my own ANIME DOLL :D

Have you tried this? Would you like to see any other colors? Want more information on this look?
