For those of you who have curly hair you will know that as beautiful as it can look it can also become your WORST nightmare! Everybody fusses about how they'd love to have your hair but everyday is a losing battle against the FRIZZ.

And then I heard about the CURLY NO-POO METHOD and decided to give it a try I mean Id tried EVERYTHING else and all had failed.

The curly no-poo method basically means that you wash your hair with conditioner instead of shampoo. Most shampoos contain surfactants which tend to rob our hair of the moisture that it needs leaving it all dry, frizzy and not very nice. So you can use any type of conditioner obviously one that has perhaps been recommended for your hair type. I just use Strawberry Naturals Conditioner by Avon it smells absolutely gorgeous and leaves my hair soft and smelling of strawberry milkshake *yum yum*

So here's how to follow the curly no-poo method

1) Throughly wet your hair under the shower with warm water
2) Put a generous amount of conditioner in the palm of your hand
3) Starting at the ends work the conditioner into your hair and rub into the scalp making sure your hair has enough conditioner worked through it
4) Leave for 5-10 minutes and rinse out using warm water

You can curly no-poo your hair as often as you want. I tend to do mine everyday when my hair is curly.
After two weeks I saw a MAJOR difference my hair was much softer and much more shiny and healthy looking. The conditioner defanetely adds moisture back to your hair. At the end of every two weeks you can shampoo to get any left behind dirt out of your hair but conditioner removes most of this.

Put the shower on a warm temperature

Rinse your hair throughly

Put A generous amount of conditioner in the palm of your hand
and work through your hair starting at the tips. Leave for 5-10 mins and then rinse out.

And chicas dont forget to hit me up with an requests that you have! Leave all feedback and comments below. I want to hear every iddy biddy tiny thing you bloggers have to say!
