Today I have decided to create a post which some of you MAY be shocked to see.
I have decided to set myself THREE new goals

Goal Numero 1-Drink at least three bottles of water a day

She set herself a goal of drinking 3 bottles of water per day and she informed that it really wasnt that hard. Also Im fed of waking up some days with annoying little zits eww I hate it! I have good skin generally but Ive noticed it seems to be VERY dehydrated and prone to break-outs. So Ive decided to do something about it. I want GLOWING skin. Hopefully it will also help my puffy bags. Seriously sometimes I look like I have two black eyes. NOT very feminine at all. I can tell my body needs a GOOD old DETOX.

Goal Numero 2-Go sunbed once a week building up a steady tan.
Dont give me the boring old lecture on sunbeds this and sunbeds that -.-
I know sunbeds damage your skin. I know sunbeds can cause skin cancer.
But hey live for the moment? We arent going to live forever and Im not going to be using the sunbed excessively.
Once a week will just help me look more glowing and less pasty! Also I am fed up of spending £££ on MAC make-up.
So once I am glowing I will either use just a 
concealer and loose powder
or a 
concealer and water based foundation

This may be the last goal I have written but it is by no means the least important.
I have developed a rather fatty stomach and Im slim so it looks GROSS.
I also want to tone my newly formed love handles.
So there you have it bloggers.
My three goals which wont just be for a couple of months
They will be for LIFE. Obviously as time goes on I will need to do less of goal 2 and 3 but I will never stop. 

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear your comments and thoughts. And if any of you have tried these things out leave feedback and I would also appreciate any tips on excersing or glowing skin.

  1. I totally agreee- I am on a 'healthy me' vibe too because my skin is grossed and I also I need to work out BAD. I am on day 2 of of working out everyday let's hope I continue! Good luck with your goals!

  2. Love this my gorgeous girlie! Good luck with it! The water thing really is easy! Just keep a bottle in your bag at all times ;-)
    My next challenge is gonna be either doing 100 crunches a day or taking my vitamins to make my skin glow and nails grow hahaha! xxx
